any use in solving the problem, apply to the after-sales ser-
vice, quoting the reference codes formed of 2 letters and
the first 12 numbers on the identification plate.
This code enables the after-sales service to prepare the
necessary spare parts quickly and efficiently, so that the
oven can be restored to working order as soon as our tech-
nician comes to your home to check it. This saves extra tran-
sport and installation costs.
To help you keep note of the reference code where it can be
easily found, we have prepared the space below which you
can complete with the numbers on your own oven.
