- Page 18 Service Air Cleaner Your engine will not run properly and may be damaged if you run it with a dirty air cleaner. Cleanthe air cleaner once every 50 hours of operation or 3 months, whichever comes first. Service more often if operating under dirty or dusty conditions.
- Page 19 Spark Arrester Service Your engine is not factory-equipped with a spark arrester. In some areas, it is illegal to operate an engine without a spark arrester. - Page 20 AFTER EACHUSE Water should not remain in the unit for long periods of time. Sediments or minerals can deposit on pump parts and "freeze" pump action. Follow these procedures after every use: Shut off engine, turn off water supply, point gun in a safe direction, press red button and squeezetrigger to relieve trapped pressure and let engine cool.
- Page 21 Disconnect 3-foot hose. Store unit in a clean, dry area. LOHGTERM STORAGE If you do not plan to use the pressure washer for more than 30 days, you must prepare the engine and pump for long term storage.
