• Battery is depleted, connect the camera to a
power source and wait until fully charged to
resume using
• There are no pictures or videos on the memory
card or in the camera's internal memory
• This indicates that the SD card exceeded the
maximum number of folders (999).
This could cause a long read time during the
camera's power up.Copy the data to your PC,
format the memory card.
• Remove the USB cable or connector after ensuring
you have safely disconnected the hardware on
your system
• Camera is not properly connected to TV or
computer. USB mode may be incorrect or USB port
may be damaged. Please try again
• Camera cannot recognize such file format
• Please don't power the video camera off when
upgrading software
• Update for software that controls camera was not
successfully installed
• Software version is incorrect. Please download
latest version
