2. Confirm on the front panel that the build unit is clean and empty. The door then unlocks, and you
can open it when indicated on the front panel.
3. Remove the lid from the build unit and place it in the dedicated lid holder.
CAUTION:
any spillage is detected.
4. Inspect for dust. If there is any, remove it with the vacuum cleaner.
5. Insert the build unit into the powder management station.
6. The powder management station checks the build unit, and confirms that the insertion was
successful.
7. Close the door manually.
Load a build unit with powder
Always follow the steps of the procedure in the order presented.
1. From the left menu of the front panel, select the production icon
2. Confirm from the front panel that the build unit is empty.
There may be powder stuck on the lid. Always move it carefully and clean the area if
