Lift the frame about 1 inch to free it from the tripod base. Fold the base by pressing down on the slide yoke ring and pivot the forward legs until they lock in the closed position. DWHOIST Drywall Hoist Assembly & Operating Instructions...

Feed the end of the cable under then around the winch hub, then through the hole into the winch drum. Secure the crimped end of cable behind the mooring tab inside the drum.
