If you experience any difficulties, use this troubleshooting guide to check for possible causes

while using the "AIBO EYES" feature or "AIBO Photo Album", refer also to the
troubleshooting section of the "User's Guide (PC·Network)" for the AIBO robot ERS-7
(PDF). For problems that occur while using "AIBO Entertainment Player" software, refer
also to the troubleshooting section of the "User's Guide (AIBO Entertainment Player)" for
