NOTES:
1. Stun can be set to inhibit transmit only or both transmit and receive speaker audio.
2. Stun "commands" (i.e., Status No.'s 90-94 in a special reserved block 80-99) can be inhibited
on fleet units (i.e., limited to base mobile units only).
3. A stun "command" (e.g., 91 – "stun on" status message) can be sent during any type of call and
will affect any decoding unit. All fleet radios should have the "Status 80-90" capability disabled
in programming so the users cannot manually enter and send a 91 ("stun on") or a 92 ("stun off")
status message to other fleet radios or the base.
