Sorting Documents

In List View, the SHARP Desktop enables you to sort your
documents in a variety of ways, by name, date, number of pages,
and author, as well as in ascending and descending order. To use
this feature, follow the procedure below.
1 From the View menu, select Sort, and then the order by
which you want to sort. If you click on Ascending, your
documents will be listed in numerical and alphabetical
order. Descending sorts documents in reverse order.
