NOTE:
The TPM version 1.2 is supported for all Windows operating system.
NOTE:
The TPM version 1.2 is for only for Windows 7/8.1 operating system. The TPM version 1.2/2.0 is
for Windows 10 operating system. You can upgrade/downgrade for Windows 10 operating system.
CAUTION:
For the TPM upgrade/downgrade process, it is recommended to complete the process in an
AC power with AC adapter plugged into the computer. The upgrade/downgrade process without the AC
adapter plugged in might damage the computer or hard disk.
NOTE:
It is recommended to use the Dell AC adapter that is shipped with the computer.
