Using your phone

5.1 Call

Your phone supports both Skype line and PSTN
landline calls. A Skype call is a call using the Skype
line. A landline call is a call using your regular
phone line.
Note
This telephone is not designed for making
emergency telephone calls when the power fails.
Alternative arrangements should be made for
access to emergency services.
Tip
Use (Up or Down) to navigate in the menus.
5.1.1 Make a call
Press for the landline.

Check the signal strength before making a call and
during a call. For details, see "Verify the signal

5.1.2 Assign a preferred line
A preferred line is the line of priority for
SkypeOut contact. After setting the preferred
line, all SkypeOut contacts (except from the
outgoing call list) will always be dialed out from
the preferred line when you press
