MMS
Record videos suitable for sending in multimedia messages. The recording time
of this video format is limited so that video files can fit in a multimedia message.

Diagnosing your camera

If your camera isn't working properly, you can run a diagnostics test to identify if
there is a problem with the main camera, front camera, flash, or camera key.
To run a diagnostics test of your camera

Be sure you are connected to the internet. When using the camera, tap

Tap More.

Tap Help and select Camera, Front camera, Flash or Camera button.

Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.

Additional camera settings

Geotagging
You can save your photos and videos with the location where they were taken—
this is called geotagging. The option to geotag your photos and videos requires a
wireless network and that the GPS function is enabled.
To turn on geotagging

When using the camera, tap

Tap More and tap the Save location slider to enable. The setting is saved.
Geotagging status icons
The geographical position is saved.
The geographical position has not been found.
Grid lines
With Grid lines, you can apply the "Rule of Thirds" and place important objects
along the grid lines or their intersections. By not always having the object in the
middle of the frame, you can make your photos and videos more interesting.
