Air operated underbody coating gun

5. OPERATION
WARNING! Ensure you read, understand and apply the safety instructions in Section 1 and follow the manufacturer's
instructions on the underbody coating container.
5.1.
Screw the gun nose (fig.2.A.) and the suction tube (fig.2.B.) to the gun body (fig.2.C.).
5.2.
Screw on a canister of underbody coating.
5.3.
Ensure air supply is regulated to no more than 90psi and then attach air hose to the gun.
5.4.
Aim the nozzle of the gun into a safe area and depress the gun trigger to check for correct operation. Airflow may be adjusted by use
of the regulator (fig.2.D.).
6. MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Ensure the gun is disconnected from the air supply before attempting any maintenance. It is very important to keep the
gun and components clean to ensure free passage for the underbody coating.
6.1.
Clean all items thoroughly after use with paraffin and allow to dry before storage.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
