Chapter 3 Basic Operations — Switching on/off the projector

Press the <变焦> button to match the projected image size to the screen.

Press the <聚焦> button again to adjust the focus.
10) Press the <变焦> button again to adjust the zoom and match the projected image size to the screen.
Note
f When the projector is switched on for the first time after purchase, or when the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [INITIALIZE] → [FACTORY
RESET] is executed, the focus adjustment screen is displayed after the projection starts, followed by the [INITIAL SETTING] screen and
the [ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT] screen. If the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [INITIALIZE] → [NETWORK/E-MAIL ONLY] is executed,
the [ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT] screen is displayed after the projection starts. For details, refer to "When the initial setting screen is
displayed" (x page 67), "When the administrator account setting screen is displayed" (x page 74).

Switching off the projector

Press the power standby <v> button.
f The [POWER OFF(STANDBY)] confirmation screen is displayed.

Press qw to select [OK], and press the <执行> button.
(Or press the power standby <v> button again.)
f Projection of the image will stop, and the power indicator <开(绿)/待机(红)> on the projector body
lights in orange. (The fan keeps running.)
3)
Wait for a few seconds until the power indicator <开(绿)/待机(红)> of the projector body lights up
in red (fan is stopped).
4)
Press the <关> side of the <主电源> switch to turn off the power.
Attention
f When switching off the projector, make sure to follow the procedures described. Failure to do so may damage the internal components and
result in malfunctions.
Note
f Even when the power standby <v> button is pressed and the projector is switched off, the projector consumes power if the main
power of the projector is on.
f The <主电源> switch of the projector is equipped with an overcurrent protection function. When current exceeding 25 A is detected, the
overcurrent is automatically disconnected and the projector will go into the state that the <关> side is pressed. Consult your dealer when the
overcurrent protection function is operated.
