    Description of functions Water tank The Air Cooker is equipped with a water tank, which is located at the back of the appliance. The MAX water level is about 600 ml. The MAX water level indication is on the handle side of the water tank and should not be exceeded.

    Preheating Some cooking methods such as roast and bake require preheating. We recommend using “Steam” for leafy greens and food which should stay moist and soft such as dumplings. The cooking time given in the table is guideline for fresh ingredients. If the cooking time does not lead to the expected cooking result, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
