About this guide

This guide describes the installation of the Motorola PTP-SYNC for PTP 500 and
PTP 600.
The minimum System Releases for compatibility with PTP-SYNC are 600-08-04
(PTP 600) and 500-04-00 (PTP 500). TDD synchronization (and thus PTP-SYNC) is not
supported with PTP 300.
CAUTION
Do not install the PTP-SYNC unit in a domestic (home) environment as it is a Class
'A' product. In a domestic (home) environment, it may cause radio frequency (RF)
interference in other appliances.
