Bug racket zapper

SET UP AND USE
HOW TO USE:
1.
The Black and Decker Racket Zapper can be used on fruit flies, mosquitoes,
house flies, stink bugs, gnats, wasps, house centipedes, etc.
2.
Unpack unit and save all packaging material for storage when season is over.
3.
The BDPC974 Racket Zapper requires 2 "AA" batteries (not included). remove
battery cover as shown and properly insert batteries as indicated in figure
below. Then replace battery cover. Your Zapper is now ready for use.
4.
The on/off switch is the orange switch on the side of the Racket Zapper (fig 1).
5.
Slide it up to turn on and then gently press the orange zap button (fig 2) on the
other side of handle when swatting at a bug. Keep the zap button depressed
for as long as you want to zap the bugs. If you hold the zap button down when
there aren't any bugs, it will drain the battery.

There is a red LED light on the front of your Racket Zapper that will light when
power button is depressed and power is switched on. If LED does not light,
batteries may need to be replaced.
7.
After use, it is suggested to switch power switch off to preserve battery life.
ELECTRIC GRID CLEANING:
WARNING:
To clean grid, tap/clean your racket after each use. Don't worry it takes 5 seconds to do.
If there are remnants of insects on the Racket Zapper screen, it may zap occasionally
when powered on. Gently tap the racket on a wastebasket or outside to dislodge any
insects stuck in the grid.
