ALARM 39, Heatsink sensor
No feedback from the heatsink temperature sensor.
The signal from the IGBT thermal sensor is not available on the power card.
The problem could be on the power card, on the gate drive card, or the ribbon
cable between the power card and gate drive card.
WARNING 40, Overload of Digital Output Terminal 27
Check the load connected to terminal 27 or remove short-circuit connection.
Check par. E-00 Digital I/O Mode and par. E-51 Terminal 27 Mode.

WARNING 41, Overload of Digital Output Terminal 29
Check the load connected to terminal 29 or remove short-circuit connection.
Check par. E-00 Digital I/O Mode and par. E-52 Terminal 29 Mode.
WARNING 42, Overload of Digital Output on X30/6 or Overload of Digital
Output on X30/7
For X30/6, check the load connected to X30/6 or remove short-circuit con-
nection. Check . E-56 X30/6 Digital Out (OPCGPIO).
For X30/7, check the load connected to X30/7 or remove short-circuit con-
nection. Check . E-57 Term X30/7 Digital Out (OPCGPIO).
ALARM 46, Power card supply
The supply on the power card is out of range.
There are three power supplies generated by the switch mode power supply
(SMPS) on the power card: 24 V, 5V, +/- 18V. When powered with 24 VDC with
the OPC24VPS option, only the 24 V and 5 V supplies are monitored. When
powered with three phase mains voltage, all three supplied are monitored.
WARNING 47, 24 V supply low
The 24 V DC is measured on the control card. The external V DC backup power
supply may be overloaded, otherwise contact your GE supplier.
WARNING 48, 1.8 V supply low
The 1.8 V DC supply used on the control card is outside of allowable limits.
The power supply is measured on the control card.
WARNING 49, Speed limit
When the speed is not within the specified range in par. F-18 and par. F-17.
the drive will show a warning. When the speed is below the specified limit in
par. H-36 Trip Speed Low [RPM] (except when starting or stopping) the drive
will trip.
ALARM 50, Auto tune calibration failed
Contact your GE supplier.
ALARM 51, Auto tune check Unom and Inom
The setting of motor voltage, motor current, and motor power is presumably
wrong. Check the settings.
ALARM 52, Auto tune low Inom
The motor current is too low. Check the settings.
ALARM 53, Auto tune motor too big
The motor is too big for the Auto tune to be carried out.
ALARM 54, Auto tune motor too small
The motor is too big for the Auto tune to be carried out.
ALARM 55, Auto tune Parameter out of range
The parameter values found from the motor are outside acceptable range.
ALARM 56, Auto tune interrupted by user
The Auto tune has been interrupted by the user.
ALARM 57, Auto tune timeout
Try to start the Auto tune again a number of times, until the Auto tune is carried
out. Please note that repeated runs may heat the motor to a level where the
resistance Rs and Rr are increased. In most cases, however, this is not critical.
ALARM 58, Auto tune internal fault
Contact your GE supplier.
WARNING 59, Current limit
The current is higher than the value in par. F-43 Current Limit.
