5 System Operation and Maintenance
Possible Causes
1. Refrigerant leaks.
2. The evaporator coil
pipe temperature
sensor displays an
incorrect
temperature.
3. The compressor
suction pressure
sensor displays an
incorrect pressure
after the coil pipe
temperature sensor
is faulty.
4. The filter is blocked.
5. The EEV is blocked.
6. The air vent of the
indoor unit is
blocked.
7. The indoor fan
rotates reversely.
The runtime of the
compressor exceeds
the preset threshold.
Compressor drive
model does not match
current unit
Solution
1. Identify and repair
the leaking points,
and refill refrigerant
after maintenance.
2. Calibrate or replace
the evaporator coil
pipe temperature
sensor.
3. Calibrate or replace
the suction pressure
sensor
4. Maintain or replace
the filter.
5. Maintain or replace
the EEV.
6. Check that the air
vent of the indoor
unit is not blocked.
7. Check the cable
connections to the
indoor fan.
Replace the
compressor and clear
the cumulative
runtime.
1. If there is a
compressor
replacement, you
need to confirm the
compressor model.
2. If there is a
replacement of
main control board
of the outdoor unit,
you need to replace
the E square of
compressor drive.
