  • Page 4 BRUSH REPLACEMENT Disconnect router from power supply. 1. Remove three screws (A) as shown in Fig. 3 and lift end,cap (8) from router. 2. Lift brush tube (C) out of its nest enough so that tabs (D) can be bent out to permit removal of brush assembly (E).
