La macchina non funzionerebbe correttamente. 6 Tanica di riserva acqua. 7 Tanica di riserva detergente (opportunamente diluito in acqua). 8 Contenitore acqua di recupero, completo di dispositivo di “troppo pieno”. Questo contenitore è dotato di speciale filtrazione dello sporco che deve essere pulito periodicamente.

As a rule, once a week, or if the machine is not being operated, empty out the boiler using the special tap B. It is very important to clean the hoses and boiler thoroughly to prevent lime from forming.

Una vez por semana, o si la máquina no se está utilizando, es conveniente vaciar la caldera por medio del grifo B. Es muy importante realizar la limpieza de los tubos y de la caldera para evitar la formación de depósitos calcáreos.

Der Kessel sollte wöchentlich bzw. wenn die Maschine nicht benutzt wird, am entsprechenden Hahn B geleert werden. Die Leitungen und der Kessel müssen unbedingt gereinigt werden, um Kalkbildungen zu entfernen.   • Page 42 Informazioni generali riguardanti il manuale di istruzioni Introduzione Questo manuale è un valido aiuto per conoscere ed usare correttamente la Vs. macchina; occorre quindi leggerlo attentamente prima di utilizzarla. Il manuale di istruzioni viene realizzato dalla Ditta Costruttrice ed è parte integrante della fornitura. Ogni macchina viene commercializzata con il proprio manuale di istruzioni.
  • Page 43 Descrizione della macchina Il generatore di vapore elettrico per la pulizia industriale rende possibile la pulizia e la disinfezione di qualsiasi oggetto in modo facile ed ecologico, anche nei punti più difficili, con o senza l’ausilio di prodotti detergenti. Questo tipo di generatore produce vapore secco e sovrasaturo alla pressione di 10 bar alla temperatura di 180°C.

  • Page 45 AVVERTENZE - Effettuare il sollevamento della macchina esclusivamente con gru o muletto, in quanto la macchina risulta non essere perfettamente bilanciata. - Effettuare il sollevamento della macchina utilizzando esclusivamente fasce o funi di acciaio adeguatamente dimensionate per sorreggere il peso della macchina. - Per effettuare il sollevamento della macchina utilizzare ganci di sicurezza.
  • Page 46 Spazi liberi di rispetto Per consentire un uso corretto e permettere un’agevole manutenzione della macchina, 1000 in condizioni di sicurezza, se ne consiglia l’installazione in una posizione che rispetti le distanze minime, indicate in millimetri, dalle pareti od ostacoli di grandi dimensioni indicate in figura.

  • Page 49 Riempimento dei serbatoi di acqua e detergente Per effettuare il riempimento dei serbatoi di acqua e detergente, bisogna agire nel seguente modo: - spegnere la macchina ruotando l’interruttore generale in posizione OFF; - aprire la protezione mobile superiore per accedere ai serbatoi; - effettuare il riempimento dei serbatoi;...

    Arresto della macchina Alla fine del turno di lavoro, per arrestare la macchina occorre: Disattivare - Pulsante luminoso verde di ACCENSIONE CALDAIA - Pulsante luminoso arancione di ABILITAZIONE PISTOLA Ruotare in posizione OFF l’interruttore generale posto sul pannello di comando. Scollegare la spina dell’alimentazione elettrica.
  • Page 51 Controllo visivo del macchinario Per garantire l’affidabilità della macchina e per prevenire l’insorgere di eventuali problemi, si suggerisce di effettuare periodicamente un controllo visivo della macchina ed in particolare delle parti in movimento. Verifiche che vanno effettuate a macchina spenta dopo aver staccato la macchina dalla linea. In particolare verificare che non vi siano parti a contatto in maniera anomala, che non vi siano sistemi di fissaggio allentati.
