    Battery Door Removal NOTE The Battery Door will normally be removed before the phone is returned for service. If the Battery Door is already removed, proceed to Rear Housing Removal. Use the flat end of the Plastic bar to pry up the Battery Door at the USB port.

    Rear Housing Removal Remove 14 machine IP5 torx screws from the perimeter of the Rear Housing. NOTE After you remove the Torx Screws, you cannot reuse them. Use the flat end of the Black stick to unsnap the Rear Housing, beginning at the top left and top right corners.

    HSJ and Micro USB Grommet Removal NOTE Remove the Grommet only if it is defective or damaged. If the Micro USB and HSJ will be reused, skip this step. After you remove the Grommets, you cannot reuse it. Use the tweezers to remove HSJ grommet from the HSJ connector.
