When exceeding the rated range
● Up to the lower limit -15 °C and the upper limit +15 °C of the range, reference values which
the conversion accuracy is not assured are indicated.
● When the lower limit of the range is -30 °C or less, or when the upper limit is +30 °C or
more,the converted values are"30000".（ For Pt1000, the lower limit of the range is -20 °C or
less,and the upper limit is +20 °C or more.）
