Never operate the air compressor without the belt guard. Failing to do so can lead to serious injuries as objects may get caught in the belt.

The temperatures of the muffler and nearby area can reach or exceed 160°F.Severe burns will occur on contact with skin. Do not modify the air compressor in any way. The air compressor supplies the rated pressure and rated airflow at its governed speed.
