Note: To access the PCB assembly remove two screws located on the side and rear of the control
housing. Remove complete internal assembly by unscrewing eight screws in the base and six
screws located around the oven's top edge
B B290 Self test mode

The self test function is designed for the testing of hardware functioning of the unit such as motor, heater,
LED display, sensor,
To enter self test mode; stop the baking cycle first ~y pressing STOP key if it was started and unplug the
unit. Press and hold both START and ↑ keys and plug in the unit again. The symbol "18:88" will be
displayed on LCD and the buzzer will beep two long tones at the same time indicating that unit has entered
self test mode.
Testing for the function of the hardware:
Pressing START key for the testing LCD display. The LCD displayed segments will disappear as
following sequence:

Pressing SELECT key for testing of motor:
1. With the first pressing of this key, the symbol "LLL" is displayed and the motor runs clockwise. .
2. With the second pressing of this key, the symbol "LLL" remains on and the motor runs anti-clockwise.
3. The motor stops automatically 3 seconds later. After the motor stops press the START key the 3rd time,
the symbol "LLL' is displayed and the heater is turned on.
4. Press the START key the fourth time, the heater will be turned off and the temperature of sensor in
Celsius is shown on.
5. Press stop key to finish self test mode,
Q uick calibration mode

The quick calibration function is designed for the testing of processes of baking cycle program such as:
kneading, rising, punching, shaping, baking and keep warm.
To enter quick calibration mode, stop the baking cycle first by pressing STOP key if it has been started and
unplug the unit. Press and hold both START and
"0:00" will be displayed on LCD and the buzzer will beep two long tones at the same time indicating that the
unit has entered quick calibration mode.
Using SELECT key to select a bread course and CRUST key to set bread crust color, using to set the delay
timer, Press ↑ (up)and
processes for the baking cycle can be jumped in turn by pressing ↑(up) key each time, The remaining time
also changed to the new one as the process being jumped. Also the buzzer will beep as the process being
jumped for certain points of special process such as adding extra ingredient, baking cycle completed.
