    Introduction to wine Storing wine As is well known, wine will keep for a long time; if kept in a suitable place white wines will keep for about two years from the date of harvest. Light red wines can be kept for up to two years although preferably they should be consumed within a year.

A constant temperature of 10 to 14°C (50 to 57°F) is considered ideal for wine to reach its peak.

    Have the power supply socket checked by a qualified electrician to confirm that it is earthed, and, if necessary have the work done to bring it into compliance. If the power supply lead is damaged obtain a new one through your KitchenAid dealer. The power lead should be replaced by an original manufacturer’s part.
