go to the unlock code bypass
screen
enter your security code
submit your security code
> Settings > Security > SIM PIN
To
open the PIN unblocking editor
enter the PIN code
submit the PIN code
enter a new SIM card PIN code
assign the new SIM PIN code
re-enter your SIM card PIN code
confirm the new SIM PIN code
and unblock the SIM card
