9 Adjust sound

The following operations are applicable to all
supported media.

Rotate to increase or decrease the
volume level.

Press to mute or restore sound.

Press to enable or disable the MAX
Sound feature.
DBB/AS
Press to enable or disable the
Dynamic Bass Boost (DBB) effect.
Press

[POP] (pop)
[USER] (user)
[TECHNO] (techno)
[ROCK] (rock)
[CLASSIC] (classic)
[JAZZ] (jazz)

Press and hold to activate the
setup of customized sound equal-
izer.

the item to be adjusted:
[BASS] (bass) range: -7 to +7.
[TREBLE] (treble) range: -7
to +7.
[BAL] (balance) range: 12L
to 12R. (L = left speaker, R =
right speaker)
[FADER] (fader) range: 12R
to 12F. (R = rear speaker, F =
front speaker)

after the
system stays
inactive for 2
minutes.
Disable the
demo mode.
