TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Cannot control the
TV with the remote
control.
No image display
and no sound is
produced.
The TV turns off
suddenly.
When connecting to
the PC (HDMI/DVI/
RGB), 'No signal' or
'Invalid Format' is
displayed.
Solution
Check the remote control sensor on the product and try again.
