Problem
The machine vibrates or is
noisy
The door will not open
Possible cause
The transit bolts have
not been removed.
The feet have not been
adjusted.
There is little laundry in
the drum.
The programme is still
running.
The door lock has not yet
released.
The water level is above the
bottom edge of the door.
The machine is heating the Wait until the end of the
water.
Something not working?
Solution
Check that the machine
has been unpacked as
described in the Installation
section.
Carefully level the machine.
Correct operation of the
machine is not affected.
Wait until the end of the
programme before opening
the door.
Wait about 2 minutes for
the door lock to release.
Before opening the door,
the water must be emptied
out.
