【开/关机】

开机: 长按触摸键3秒，手环亮屏启动; 如果无反应,请如后图将手环从表
带中取出，并插入到电脑的USB端口充电.
关机: 长按触摸键3秒，再短按触摸键调整光标选择
手环关机。
Power ON:Press the touch point over 3 seconds, then the band
starts up and the screen lights up; if there was no reaction, please
pull out the band from the wristband and plug it into the computer's
USB port to charge as below picture shown.
Power Off: On the Home Screen, press touch point over 3 seconds
to enter the shutdown Screen, press key to selcect
for 3 seconds to shut down the band.

【手环操作】
在手环上可依次查看时间，PAI，步数，心率，距离，卡路里消耗,
以及找手机(需要连接手机)等功能。连接APP后，数据将自动同步,
首次连接同步时间可能需要1到2分钟.
