- Page 5 Warm Heat Setting The 'WARM' heat setting allows for food to be cooked from frozen. Food cooked using this setting is typically ready to be served after approximately 8-10 hours. When set to the 'WARM' heat setting, the Triple Slow Cooker will first cook on the 'HIGH' heat setting until the food defrosts and reaches a preset temperature.
