REPLAY MESSAGES
Replay all messages for the selected mailbox
from a remote location.

Press on a touchtone keypad. You will
hear:

All messages in the selected mailbox will
play.

You may select another option or hang
up and the TC-540 will automatically
save messages.
SAVE ALL MESSAGES

Press on a touchtone keypad within 7
seconds after the voice menu ends. You
will hear:

Select another option or hang up.
I will replay
messages.
If you do not erase
messages in the
selected mailbox,
the TC-540 will
automatically save
them when you
hang up.
I will save
messages.
