Overview

The MKS-8080/8082 AUX Bus Remote Panel is a unit to
select the AUX input and output signals of a multi format
switcher, such as the MVS-8000.

Features

The MKS-8080/8082 has the following features:
• Linking the signal assignment to the source select
buttons and re-entry buttons with the MVS-8000
• Switching of the routing switcher enabled (MKS-8082
only)
• Routing function to return the expanded input signal to
the previous stage
• Up to 1024 sources and 1024 destinations controllable
supporting P1 and P2 S-BUS protocols
• Large select buttons whose functions can be
distinguished by color (MKS-8082 only)
• Preset displays for versatile data indications
• Signal assignment to the select buttons using the assign
button
• Display of source or destination names on the buttons
(MKS-8082 only)
• Different sources for levels selectable (break-away
function)
• Chop function to automatically switch two sources
alternately
• Several crosspoints switchable with the touch of a button
(phantom function or sarvo function) (MKS-8082 RTR
mode only)
• Connectable with a single cable
• Status display function
• Self-diagnostic function
• Operation on 100 V to 240 V without voltage selection
