Turn on the power switch on the saddle stitcher first, then turn on the power switch on the host machine (printer). The trimmer will also be powered on as it is connected to the saddle stitcher. See the operation manual for the printer and set up the printer. -

Operation While Trimming When the conveyor is full of booklets, remove the booklets. If the machine stops because the conveyor is full, remove the booklets, and operation restarts automatically. · If you remove booklets before the conveyor is full, you can increase production efficiency without interrupting operation. - Page 17 If booklets jam, open the cover or mechanism shown below and remove the jammed booklets. Top Cover Transport Section Delivery Section Cover Opening the Transport Unit 1. Press the handle. 2. Hold the handle and lift the unit. · If booklets jam frequently, refer to page 3-4 for instructions on correcting the problem.
