Problem
The unit cannot be controlled using the remote
control.
The RED/GREEN/YELLOW/BLUE keys of the remote
control do not operate

Audio

Problem
No sound.
The volume cannot be increased.
No sound is coming from a specific speaker.
Cause
The unit is out of the operating range.
The batteries are weak.
The unit's remote control sensor is exposed to direct sunlight or strong
lighting.
The remote control IDs of the unit and the remote control are not
identical.
The remote control sensor on the main unit is turned off.
The device which is connected to the unit via HDMI does not support the
operation of the RED/GREEN/YELLOW/BLUE keys.
The settings of the RED/GREEN/YELLOW/BLUE keys of the unit's remote
control have been changed.
HDMI control setting is "Off".
Cause
Another input source is selected.
Signals that the unit cannot reproduce are being input.
The cable connecting the unit and playback device is defective.
The maximum volume is set.
A device connected to the output jacks of the unit is not turned on.
The playback source does not contain a signal for the channel.
The currently selected sound program/decoder does not use the
speaker.
Audio output of the speaker is disabled.
The volume of the speaker is set too low.
The speaker cable connecting the unit and the speaker is defective.
The speaker is malfunctioning.

Use the remote control within the operating range (p.6).
Replace with new batteries.
Adjust the lighting angle, or reposition the unit.
Change the remote control ID of the unit or the remote control (p.139).
Set "REMOTE SENSOR" in the "ADVANCED SETUP" menu to "ON" (p.138).
Use a device which supports the operation of the RED/GREEN/YELLOW/BLUE keys.
Set "Color Key" (p.134) in the "Setup" menu to "Default".
Set "HDMI Control" (p.124) in the "Setup" menu to "On".
Select an appropriate input source with the input selection keys.
Some digital audio formats cannot be played back on the unit. To check the audio format
of the input signal, use "Information" in the "Sound" menu (p.117).
If there is no problem with the connection, replace with another cable.
Use "Max Volume" in the "Setup" menu to adjust the maximum volume (p.121).
Turn on all devices connected to the output jacks of the unit.
To check it, use "Information" in the "Sound" menu (p.117).
To check it, use "Test Tone" in the "Setup" menu (p.116).
Perform "YPAO" (p.43) or use "Configuration" in the "Setup" menu to change the speaker
settings (p.114).
Perform "YPAO" (p.43) or use "Level" in the "Setup" menu to adjust the speaker volume
(p.121).
If there is no problem with the connection, replace with another speaker cable.
To check it, replace with another speaker. If the problem persists, the unit may be
malfunctioning.
