appear at #3, #5 Pin of Tuner?

Does the CVBS data appear at
#9 pin of Tuner?

Does the digital data appear at
CN109 (LVDS Data clk)
of LVDS connector?
Yes
Check the LVDS cable?
Replace the LCD panel?
