Tap Stopwatch on the Apps screen.

Tap START to time an event.
Tap LAP to record lap times while timing an event.

Tap STOP to stop timing.
Tap RESUME to restart the timing.
Tap RESET to clear lap times.
Swipe upwards from the bottom edge of the screen to view the stopwatch log.
