Check if the Cordless Food Chopper is charged.
Charge the battery when the Battery Status Indicator is
red or when the battery is completely drained.
Make sure that the Bowl and Lid are properly aligned and
locked into place.
If you have a circuit breaker box, check to make sure that
the circuit is closed.
See the "Terms of KitchenAid Guarantee ("Guarantee")"
sections. Do not return the Cordless Food Chopper to the
retailer – retailers do not provide service.
