CapturePerfect
CapturePerfect is Canon's own scanning application that
makes it easy to get great scans straight out of the box. This
imaging software, which is ISIS® compliant, was designed to
maximise scanning performance, as well as streamline tasks
for viewing, presenting, sending, saving, and printing office
documents. CapturePerfect automates the image capture
process and produces consistent, high-quality scans from
even the most difficult original documents.
Display Functions
• Change the order of images with simple drag-and-drop
operation.
• Split image display window to view multiple images at once.
Editing Functions
• Insert, add, or replace scanned images into existing TIFF
or PDF files.
• Extract or combine specified pages to generate or
consolidate multiple page files.
PDF Functions
• PDF security settings allow encryption of scanned images
and control rights for printing or editing.
• Create Searchable PDFs with embedded OCR.
• Create High Compression PDFs to save file space.
User-Friendliness Built Right In
Scan-To-Job Buttons
Canon's DR-2510C and DR2010C scanners are also incredibly
easy to use. Simply assign routine scanning tasks to
customisable Scan-To-Job buttons for one-touch operations
such as Scan-To-Email and Scan-To-Print, including all the
relevant scanner settings.
Auto Power On/Off
The new Auto Power feature adds to energy efficiency and
prevents the scanner from accidentally being left on. The
scanner will automatically turn on or off, depending on the
status of the connected PC. You can always manually switch
the scanners on and off, too.
Advanced functions
Pre-register up to 100 routine job and scan settings,
such as Scan-To-E-Mail, Scan-To-PC, and Scan-To-Print.
• Automatically generate file names from barcode, imprinter, or
zone OCR results for indexing.
• Monitor the file size capacity of the target folder.
• Save log files of results from barcode and OCR
recognition functions.
