The following symbols are important for reading and
under-standing the operating instructions. Please take
note of the symbols and their meaning. The correct
interpretation of the symbols will help you to use the
garden product in a better and safer manner.

Intended Use

The blower is intended for use for blow-sweeping leave
grass, paper and similar materials, e. g. in gardens, sports
stadiums, car parks and driveways.
Do not operate your blower indoors.
Do not use the blower for any other purpose because of
the increased risk of accidents and damage to the blower.
Never at-tempt to modify the blower in any way since this
may result in accidents or damage to the blower.

DPW3690XA and battery charger CV3680XA can be used
with this machine.
Please do not use non-rechargeable batteries with this
appliance, only those specified by the manufacturer.

Product transportation
Always transport tool without the battery adapter fitted to
the product.
Make sure the product is properly secured to prevent
turnover and damage to the garden tool.
Before starting the tool
Before using; check that your garden tool is properly
assembled and in good condition.
Inspect all guards for damage. Do not use if the guards
are damaged in any way to reduce the risk of personal
injury. Consult your Honda service centre for repairs.
Check to see if the inlet guard is free from debris.
Check to see if the fan is not obstructed/blocked by
any debris. If it is blocked, only clear the blockage with
the battery adapter removed from the product. Return
product to service centre if this cannot be done safely.
Check the battery adapter compartment for debris and
damage, debris must be cleared. If damaged do not use
the product, return it to a Honda service centre for repair/
replacement.
Check the battery adapter for damage.
Check trigger movement is free, not obstructed and
returns back to its off position.
Make sure the nozzle is properly fitted to the product.
Battery adapter is fitted properly to the product and is
locked into position.
Make sure the handle is clean and dry from any fluids/oil
for safe control of the garden tool.
