To select all call for time signals, and zone selection for alarm signals:
Set switch 8 on DIL switch (S301) to 'OFF'
Zone selection
To select any combination of zones 1 to 8:
Set the corresponding switches 1 to 8 on DIL switch (S302) to 'ON'
To select any combination of zones 9 to 12:
Set the corresponding switches 1 to 4 on DIL switch (S303) to 'ON'
Alarm and time signal level (both inputs)
A level control is provided. This pre-sets the volume of the signal for both alarm and time
inputs. To set the signal level:
adjust potentiometer R233.

Trouble-shooting the ARM

To trouble-shoot the ARM, it is recommended that the following points be investigated:
If the output volume is too high or low, adjust the output volume using level control R233.
Ensure that the external switch(es) correspond to the ARM settings such as normally open
and normally closed. This ensures that the ARM correctly recognizes the alarm signal.
Ensure that the connections at the back of the ARM have been properly made.
When using optional external LEDs, ensure that the LED is functioning correctly, and that
it is properly connected with the correct polarity.
Note: Incorrect settings on the DIL switches (priority level, zone assignement or signal settings) on an
ARM may cause the input to function incorrectly or not at all.
