Firmware Update Procedure

Precautions

 A power failure during the firmware writing operation may

disable the camera.

 Use a fully charged battery or use USB cable

connected to a power source for the firmware

update.

 Do not shut off the power during the firmware writing

operation

 Do not remove the SD card during the firmware

writing operation

 Do not press the shutter button or change the mode dial

during the firmware writing operation.

Page 2 3. A formatted or a new SD card 4. Install the Mini Cam App from App store or Play store 5. Add and connect IVY REC to the Mini Cam App Download the firmware update file to the IVY REC 1.
Page 3 Start the firmware update. 1. Turn IVY REC to wireless mode and connect with the App. 2. If new firmware is downloaded, a message box stating “New firmware x.x.xx.xxx is available. Do you want to upgrade?” will be displayed. Select “OK” to update the firmware.
