Before First Use

• Remove all packaging materials, labels, and/or stickers from your hand mixer.
• Check that all parts are enclosed and that the unit is not damaged.
DANGER! Unplug the appliance from wall outlet after use, before removing

or changing attachments, and before cleaning.
• Clean the appliance and all accessories. See "Cleaning and Maintenance" section.
• WARNING: Do not immerse the hand mixer in water or any liquids. This may
cause electric shock or damage the appliance.

GETTING STARTED

Use
• For general mixing purposes
• Mixing heavy food like bread or pizza batters
• NOTE: Only use dough hooks (12) on speeds 3 to 6. Do not
knead dough continuously for more than 5 minutes or the
mixer may overheat. Do not knead more than one loaf at a
time.
• Whipping cream or beating egg whites
• Whipping ice cream
• Mixing powdered drink mixes
