Read and understand the safety instructions on pages 3 to 12 before
operating the backpack sprayer.
If you notice any abnormal sound, smell, vibration or other unusual
signs, stop the engine immediately and consult your authorized
Honda dealer.
Before operation
• Fill 1 Liter or more agricultural chemicals into the chemical tank
while keeping the chemical tank in a level position (see page 35).
• Make sure that the shut-off valve is to the CLOSED position (see
page 21).
• Make sure that the throttle lever is in the SLOW position (see page 19).
• Make sure that the pressure dial has been turned counterclockwise
(LOW) till it stops and is set to the totally-CLOSED position (see page
22).

Operation

1. Start the engine according to the engine start procedure (see page 37).
2. Remove the holder band from the nozzle holder.
3. Remove the sprayer hose and the nozzle pipe from the nozzle holder.
