4 Prepare and do servicing on the product
4.1 Maintenance schedule
Note: For servicing instructions for the engine, refer to
engine manual.
Operation
Look for signs of wear, damage or
loose connections of the controls.
Do a check of the Longopac dust
bag.
Do a check of the guards and covers.
Do a check of the filter cleaning unit.
Do a check of the engine oil level.
Do a check for loose or missing
clamps.
Do a check for oil and fuel leakage.
Examine the dust extractor hose and
the connections.
Do a check of the manometer func-
tion.
Clean the product.
Replace the HEPA filter.
Replace the prefilter
Do a check of the engine air filter.
Clean the engine air filter.
Examine the throttle and the wire.
Do a check of the wheels. Look for
damage and make sure that the
wheels are correctly attached.

Replace the engine oil.
Examine the battery and the battery
connections.
Examine the magnetic clutch.
4.2 To clean the product
WARNING: Clean the product daily to prevent
circulation of dangerous dust.

Clean the product in an applicable area.
•
Use approved protective gloves when you clean the
product.

Replace the engine oil after the first 8 hours, then each 50 hours.
