• The disc tray will not respond during
Internet
streaming (e.g. Netflix) even after
you press

appears, place the player in a
location with adequate ventilation to
prevent heat build-up in the player.

will appear for a short time.

unavailable.] appears on the screen after

OPEN/CLOSE is pressed.
• Contact your nearest Sony dealer or local
authorized Sony service facility.
The player does not respond to any button.
• Moisture has condensed inside the player
