Check Standard
The air filters are
not damaged or
misshapen.
The differential
pressure switch of
the air filter works
properly.
Completely cover
the air return side
using plastic foam or
baffle plate, and
check whether an
alarm is generated.
If yes, the
differential pressure
switch operates
properly. If no,
check whether the
pressure tube is
properly connected.
The fan enclosure is
not misshapen.
Foreign matter does
not exist in the fans.
The fan blades are
intact.
The indoor fan
generates no
abnormal sound
during operation,
such as metal
friction sound and
harsh noises.
Screws securing the
fan are not loose or
misshapen.
The cable terminals
are securely
connected.
The anchor screws
of the compressor
are tight.
3 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
Replace the air filter
by following
instructions in
5.2.1.1 Replacing an
Air Filter.
Verify that the
pressure tube of the
air filter clogging
switch is fixed
properly. If the fault
persists, replace the
differential pressure
switch.
Repair the
enclosure.
Clear foreign matter.

Check that screws
securing the fan are
tightened.
Tighten or replace
screws.
Tighten the
connectors.
Tighten loose
screws.
