5 Ping messages & autostreaming
When the initialization phase is completed, IVAS will start sending UDP messages periodically to the broadcast address and
the configured command port (see table 4).

In the case of auto streaming (disabled per default) IVAS immediately streams sensor measurements to the configured target
IP address. Otherwise, no data is transmitted without a command connection.
Command connection
To enable the transmission of measurement data to a certain network host, this host has to initialize a TCP connection to
IVAS on the command port (indicated in the periodic UDP messages). As long as this connection is alive, IVAS sends data to
the originating host on the respective sensor ports.
It is possible to modify the command port by sending a uint16 port number on the TCP connection. All other ports are
changed accordingly. The new port configuration is only active until a reset.
Data transmission
When activated, sensor measurements are transmitted consecutively in the binary format specified in table 5 .
