Non-authorised code evaluation
It is practically impossible to discover a valid code through trial and error.
The complete digit combination of a valid code must be input after a certain number of keys are
actuated. The keypad input is blocked for 30 seconds if this is not the case. This status is not
noticeable from outside.
The number of erroneous inputs permitted until the keyboard is blocked depends on the program-
med codes. It is equivalent to double the number of digits of the longest programmed code.
For example, a valid code must be input in full length after the twelfth key actuation at the latest
during an inputting attempt if a main code with six digits is programmed. T

Programming
4.1
Door release time
The door release time can be set to a value between one and thirty seconds with the rotary
knob (see illustration below). The time is adjusted in 2-second steps. The release duration is
one second at switch position "0".
4.2
Programming mode
It is necessary to switch to programming mode
in order to program codes via the unit keypad. A
key is required for this to open the unit.
Switching to programming mode is realised by
briefly pressing the programming key (see
illustration).
It can be identified by the
on the front of the unit.
The unit is automatically reset to normal
operating mode if no keys are actuated within
15 seconds of activating programming mode.

Main code programming
Example: The digit sequence 659874 is to be programmed as the main code.

Activate programming mode by actuating the programming key
Input the (new) main code on the unit keypad. The code is
imported, as the maximum digit number (6) is achieved, and the
unit is reset automatically to normal operating mode.
