Moisture • Do not submerge this unit in water. It can cause serious damage. Ventilation • To prevent the risk of electric shock or fire hazard due to overheating, ensure that curtains and other materials do not obstruct the ventilation vents.
- Page 7 Built-in Battery Care • Your product is powered by a rechargeable battery. • The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times, but will eventually wear out. • Unplug the charger from the electrical plug and the product when not in use. • Do not leave a fully charged battery connected to a charger, since overcharging may shorten its lifetime.

Charging the Speaker The unit has a built-in rechargeable battery, which should be charged before using the speaker for the first time. The battery is charged automatically whenever the unit is connected to a computer or a USB charging device. • Micro-USB socket is for charging the unit only. -

• Use the supplied micro-USB cable only, and connect directly to a computer. Charging will not be completed properly by an indirect connection, such as via a USB hub. • If the unit is not used for a long time, the battery indicator may not light up when you connect the micro-USB cable to charge the unit. In this case, do not disconnect the micro-USB cable from the unit and wait until the battery indicator will start flashing red. -

Connection Using the AUX Connection Use the supplied 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo audio cable to connect the headphone socket of an audio device and the AUX socket of the unit.
